Outreach Services (CSP)

Our Community Support Program helps families, caregivers and professionals care for and support children and adults with developmental disabilities.

Our goal is to support these children and adults to live in the community by providing specialized clinical and professional services that promote independence and quality of life – and we accomplish it through three main strategies: 

• We determine and enhance abilities and coping capacities by providing a functional and specific assessment on each client.
• We enhance care-provider capacities and abilities by providing information and training, modeling new strategies and developing programs.
• We enhance service coordination for individuals and families and promote follow-up with caregivers by providing verbal and written information and progress.
