Our Team
We employ a highly dedicated, competent, experienced and energetic group of professionals committed to providing the best intervention to improve the lives of children with autism and their families.
We implement research-informed behavioural methods in a fun and creative way, within teams that value and exercise teamwork and partnership.
ABA Consultants lead the team in each child’s program. They provide assessments, develop goals, design intervention, train and supervise staff and parents. They have a Ph.D or Master’s degree in ABA and experience in intensive intervention with children with autism.
Senior Tutors assist ABA consultants in overseeing program delivery. They have attained or are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related discipline and have completed post-secondary courses in Applied Behaviour Analysis. Additionally, they have experience in conducting supervised intensive behavioural intervention with children with autism.
Tutors (Preschool only) conduct one-on-one teaching sessions with preschool children as part of a team that develops each child’s learning potential. They work with each child in their home and in community settings.
Administrative staff support ABA program staff and families in providing quality ABA intervention, provide information and support to other agencies, professionals and individuals and connect to the community and partner with educational facilities to increase the feasibility and quality of ABA services.
